British 5th Regiment of Foot coat, faithfully styled after the uniform worn by the regiment during the 1775 Boston campaign, including Lexington and Concord and the Battle of Bunker Hill.
Crafted from rich madder-red broadcloth with distinctive gosling-green facings, the coat is fully lined in the body with plain-weave wool bay, while the sleeves remain unlined for a more authentic construction. Regimental lace is arranged in traditional bastion loops, complemented by period-style pewter regimental buttons.
Similar coats for other foot regiments using bastion-loop lace can also be made. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your required regiment and specifications.
