Wholesale Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available to approved businesses only. We may request proof of business registration or resale license.
2. Minimum Orders
Minimum first order:
10 Pcs Per Artical
3. Pricing
Wholesale prices are listed in USD.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored.
Taxes, duties, and shipping are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment
Payment is due 50% in Advance & Remaining 50 before Dispatching the Shipment.
Accepted methods: Bank Transfer and PayPal.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship within 45 business days after payment.
Shipping costs are paid by buyer / included.
Risk of loss passes to buyer once goods are handed to the carrier.
6. Returns & Damages
Returns accepted only for defective or damaged items reported within 30 days of delivery.
No returns for unsold inventory.
7. Branding & Resale
Products must be sold under our brand name and packaging.
No alterations or rebranding without written approval.
Online resale on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) requires prior consent.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts for non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of our brand.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Your Country/State.
